Your logistics subcontractor (CA) did not respect the deadlines, and above all, is not in contact with the customer. We had to call and follow up 5 times without ever getting a response, whereas once we contacted France Trampoline directly, it was perfect. The call center staff is very friendly, professional, and above all competent!

Delivery in 48 working hours. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival, but all the parts were present. Easy assembly even if requiring some muscle strength. Good quality product and serious company.

Nothing particular regarding the ordering and delivery process. Everything was impeccable. The assembly instructions seem a bit cheap and are not very clear even if the assembly remains very simple. The instructions for the anchoring kit are in English, which is not a problem either but shows that France trampoline did not bother to make a minimum translation.

Listen, for my part I found the various pages and product information very clear before my purchase. As for the payment, I would have preferred to have a second security, as many sites do today by sending a second security code to my mobile to finalize and authenticate the transaction... A bit difficult to assemble, you need muscles, but once done, very good. Only downside on the assembly manual of the ladder: incomprehensible. We are unable to assemble it with this manual.

Very educational site for choosing your item after having well defined, thanks to the provided help, your own specifications. The only downside is that only after payment do you learn that there is a stock shortage, and that the delay exceeds 15 days. This is well compensated after a phone call, where it is immediately proposed to refund if the delay is too long (in this case, a birthday gift, on a precise date!). The purchase is therefore maintained, and the delay is in progress.
