Nothing to say about the product and the deadlines (impeccable), but we have already expressed our concern regarding the delivery: not informed of the carrier's visit, fortunately someone was at home but the "confidentiality" of the Christmas gift took a hit.

The service is fast, the quality of the material: I cannot respond yet because we do not use the trampoline much in winter. The product is the same as the one seen on the website. There is good customer follow-up.

The user documentation provided with the trampolines is ... brief to the point of being difficult to use. Not clear, diagrams almost unreadable. Significant improvements are possible in this area.

Hello, The trampoline is in operation. The assembly was complicated by slightly crushed tube problems, and welding drips in the fittings. Had to grind the welds and straighten the tube fittings. For the rest no problem. Best regards Laurent **************

hello, I give a good rating because the trampoline is still not assembled... I will tell you more in the spring... when I have installed it and the children have tested it..

I think it would be useful to clearly and explicitly specify the orientation of the bars surrounding the trampoline so that the spring attachment holes are on the right side... this would avoid assembling the trampoline twice... ;-) The diagram clearly shows the holes in the right place, but figure 1 of the assembly manual is relatively small, making the error easy. Moreover, the instructions specify that the parts have no right/left orientation. Otherwise, to avoid any assembly errors, the parts to which the springs are attached could be drilled on both sides and thus be symmetrical. Otherwise, the children are delighted and Dad had the chance to do his Sunday DIY. ;-) The material seems to be of very good quality and very robust. Many hours of fun ahead.

Package arrived as expected in a very short time. We have not yet assembled the trampoline received by our children for Christmas. Let's hope everything goes well as we will assemble it in the spring.

I live in a region where the mistral blows and the protective net does not hold. It needs to be repositioned every 15 minutes on average. If you have a solution, I am interested!

delivery quite fast, trampoline very safe for children, however the cover only holds halfway when there is wind, the free football cover tears and breaks too easily at the hooks

For now, I can only give 4 stars because this is a purchase for a future gift (in April) and I haven't assembled it yet. Otherwise, regarding the information requested before the order, during, and at delivery, everything went smoothly, thank you.

Delivery: we were supposed to be called before delivery. The delivery person called us 3 minutes before delivering. Fortunately, our daughter was present.

Very good contact for the order. Speed and flexibility (sending in two parts to ensure having the trampoline for Christmas). The delivery times were well respected, which is not the case for all internet orders! The product meets our expectations: solid, the children are delighted. Two downsides: the instructions could be improved (not very clear), and the differences between the different ranges proposed should be better specified on the site (it's not obvious without seeing them in person). We hope that our trampoline will last a long time.
