As is often the case with online orders, delivery remains the weak link. Difficult transport provider to manage. For the rest, product of good design and good quality.

Strap to tighten the zip line is useless. The length of the strap is too short for the circumference of a tree. Impossible to tighten my 50m zip line. The ratchet of the strap is of poor quality, it's a toy, in short, I lost ***€.

Despite videos showing a simple installation, I never managed to tighten the zip line. After several attempts with the help of several people, a strong pull was the ultimate solution. Otherwise, it made my daughter happy.

Very good product, sturdy, effective, delivered on time. However, an effort should be made on the assembly instructions, especially regarding the identification of the different bars, which is not obvious in the drawings, as well as on the correct way to install the safety net (which part should be on the inside?).

I think the trampoline assembly instructions could use some improvement.

Fast shipping, nice and super contact

I am disappointed with the product. Indeed, when we bought the jump 250 trampoline, the net opened in an L shape with Velcro and plastic carabiners. The one we received opens with a vertical zipper, which complicates getting in and out of the trampoline. I would have preferred 2 zippers to maintain the L access.

The net is of good quality, but the old closure seemed better. The zipper will certainly not last as long, with successive and daily uses.

Good product, a torture to assemble but maybe I just got a bad number. You really need to review your assembly process and the manual which can be confusing at certain stages. When you ask to put lubricant to assemble the base arches (personally I had to bring out the 5kg hammer to do the job, more than the W40), it means you do not master your assembly tolerances and your suppliers. As for the pliers provided with the material, it's a joke, usable only by people with calluses on their hands. Embarrassing for a company that claims to be a trampoline leader with strong experience for 30 years... you need to stop the DIY and believe that your customers have the build of a rugby player, especially given the price paid. Decathlon products are cheaper and simpler to assemble, even if assembled in China.

I quickly received the packages containing the trampoline, the assembly booklet is not always easy to understand, I had to watch tutorials on the internet which sometimes did not explain the same thing. the very very large - the edge cushion that protects the metal structure: the foam is very thin and the edges always rise and do not cover the structure properly, my son got injured because of that. Moreover, the ends where the net is attached being semicircular do not allow it to hold properly. I really thought I was getting a high-quality item by buying from France trampoline but I am very disappointed with the material I chose.

Product that seems to be of good quality. The assembly of the legs is a bit tough, you need to lubricate well. The attachments for the safety net poles seem a bit fragile. The spring protection could have been better secured. We'll see how it holds up over time.

Everything went very well, perfect delivery and the assembly instructions were also very clear.

Serious site and fast delivery. The materials are of good quality but not easy to assemble, you need at least 2 people. The instructions are well explained. The only thing I find really impractical is the complicated net to assemble and my trampoline protection, there isn't really any fixation, so when you jump the spring protection comes off. My old low-quality trampoline had its fixings, it's a shame because the trampoline is great.

Satisfied with the shipment and the product, even though it took a while to find the old order to identify the model to order. However, upon receipt, there were no indications for installation (neither manual nor indications on the product itself). We took some time to find how to properly position the protective mat and even wondered for a while if we had ordered the wrong model. Now satisfied with the result.

A little scare upon receipt, the dimension on the delivery note was not the same as what I had ordered. 5 cm off, but that can be important! In the end, everything is fine, it's the right size!

Transport problem with DPD for the second time

Very good value for money, the only small problem is that the closure closes downwards and it should have closed upwards because my 2-year-old son keeps opening it, no other problems encountered.
