Package blocked at the customs service of Reunion. Reason: the invoice does not appear; nor the sender (according to them). They are asking me to provide them with the product invoice, which I have not yet had time to find. It would be good to send it to them so they can see it; I don't know if they do it on purpose, but it penalizes me while I am not at fault, sorry.

We received the trampoline a few weeks ago. The delivery time (about 2 months) was respected. However, the carrier, instead of placing the packages properly, dropped them in 1 minute flat in the slope of our garage. The boxes therefore fell along the slope while the carrier was leaving. Incredible, fortunately no breakage. Assembling the trampoline is laborious (2 adults minimum for 1 day). Once assembled, the product meets our expectations, the children are having fun.

Only downside: the plastic hooks break easily and the Velcro of the protective belt of the net do not all match those of the net.

The 2 items were not available at the same time but I had to ask to have the delivery of what was available. I think this could have been offered. I repurchased a complete net and a protective cover for an old trampoline, I would have liked a commercial gesture as it was a big budget and there were offers on the site. I was told there were no more promotions. It's a bit disappointing.

In the order confirmation email you received, it is clearly stated "If you purchased one or more accessories and spare parts: as soon as we receive the missing products in our warehouses, we will proceed to ship your order in its entirety."
