Good product, very sturdy. A bit difficult to assemble, sometimes a lot of strength or ingenuity is needed. Particularly difficult points: - attaching the safety net at the top of the poles - zipper very hard to close, the pull tab got deformed

Item received on time, products a bit expensive compared to other brands but of good quality. However, the new net is less practical than the original one, the hooks underneath keep coming undone and the green band does not stay in place well. But overall it remains a very good product.

Very good quality of the trampoline. Two small issues prevent me from giving the maximum rating. The straps of the anchoring kit are of poor quality (I broke one of the buckles while tightening the strap, so I doubt the effectiveness of the straps during strong winds) and the band that goes around the trampoline does not install correctly at the poles and prevents the installation of the ladder.

Order placed in October, shipped at the end of January. The tracking indicates 'returned to sender' without arriving at the parcel relay at the beginning of February. I called customer service at the beginning of February for an explanation... Beginning of March still nothing.... incomprehensible.

Very significant delay, several months, in the delivery of the product which cannot probably be entirely attributed to the health crisis. Moreover, the delivery was made in 2 parts with an interval of more than 6 months between the two receptions. Otherwise, the product is of very good quality.

Quality product...super only complaint is the very long delivery time. I had to call because the product was supposed to be delivered, email in support, but nothing. I had to call the carrier who had subcontracted to another... it took time... the delivery person was very nice 5 stars but their company is too slow...
