To be sure to have my order on time, I chose an express order in 24 hours, and on the scheduled day I received a text that there was a problem and that my delivery was delayed!!! And since the next day was May 1st, I only received my package the day after that!! In the meantime, I still paid VERY, TOO much for this delivery!! It's true that once assembled, the trampoline looks great and is impressive. But the assembly is far from being as easy as in the online help videos. In particular, the famous 'exclusive' T-junctions only fit very difficultly with some other parts. Contacted, the customer service encouraged us to assemble them with force. A few well-placed hammer blows got it done. But the assembly that should have taken an afternoon ended up taking several days. And the trampoline is probably no longer fully dismountable now.

The quality of the product is really great. My daughters are having a blast. It's true that the price is quite high but for now we are really not disappointed, we'll see in the long run.
