I complained about the catch net due to defective teeth on the zipper. It was not accepted. The child fell out of the net and was severely injured. Only then did a new net arrive. Unfortunately, there was only a written apology, but no further response to my email. Compensation for the child would have been more appropriate. Unfortunately, I never heard anything more about it. These factors can make the net brittle and impair its durability. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. The product is very good, the assembly instructions need to be completely revised, the person who wrote it couldn't assemble the trampoline with it!!! And as for the carrier, it was a disaster, he comes to deliver to a private individual with a huge truck and leaves the package by the roadside, a pallet of 350 kgs!!! And on top of that, he is very unpleasant. If I had been informed that I would be delivered by the roadside, I would not have ordered the product. Consequently, I am not satisfied with the delivery.
