Perfect product according to the measurements! - But two months of waiting anyway! (With 2 follow-ups because my trampoline order seemed lost!)

The telephone support was very satisfactory and comprehensive. The delivery times were respected and the goods arrived in perfect condition. The assembly manual was very sparse, but still sufficient. The assembled product meets expectations.

Perfect! Well received the bundle of samples presented on your site. But I had requested (in the small comment box) an additional sample (if possible) of the smallest net (mesh 6.5x7mm) existing on your site and my client is interested in that mesh. No response on this subject in your letter accompanying the package!?

Delivery on time, impeccable. Good quality trampoline I am very satisfied. Only small downside, the assembly manual lacks details such as the exact position to put the protective net and for example it is not indicated that you need to put 2 fixings per pole for the protective net. There are also no markers to know which spring to attach to which hook. With some logic, you can still manage.

The problem is the delivery! We received the trampoline on June 21, we are on July 13 and the children cannot use the trampoline because there were missing parts in the delivery, damaged package.... so we are still waiting for the missing parts.

The only downside is that the delivery was made unexpectedly without notifying us. We were at home so everything went well.

France Trampoline is a regular supplier for me. After a trampoline, I bought a zip line. For both, complete satisfaction with the design of the equipment and the quality of service and contact.

The delivered product is completely satisfactory. It replaces an old trampoline mat, several attachments of which had given way, and many were weakened. The order was facilitated by all the useful indications to avoid any dimension errors. It is unnecessary to call us to make this verification... But it's a pity that the delivery to a Relay Point did not work at the time of the order: a computer problem to solve, which would have allowed to reduce shipping costs (which can make a difference)... Now, our Marsupilami is delighted: the gain in elasticity of the new mat allows him to jump even higher.

Trampoline ordered on April 29 to have it according to the announced deadlines at the time of order, the week of May 4 to 11 (holidays) when my little grandchildren were there. For info, on some sites like ***, announcement banner that delivery delays due to holidays. Not on France Trampoline. Delivered on the 11th to avoid frustrating the children, so left in its state and not assembled. Assembled on July 1 upon return of our grandchildren (I could have waited for the sales without worry if I had known and I would have received the free foot trampoline and the trampoline would have been assembled at the same time!).....and there, we realize that one spring has the two hooks in reverse.....New loss of time to call. As for the trampoline, we are very satisfied today. We are only disappointed with the non-respect of the announced delivery commitments (wrongly) and the absence of any commercial gesture due to these delays which caused great disappointment because we had announced to our little ones the arrival of the trampoline and this has indeed postponed the use of this trampoline by a month and a half for these little children living far from us.

Quality product. Easily installed

Everything is perfect, except that it is not mentioned that the service provider in charge of the delivery refuses to touch the pallet. As a consequence, it was impossible to help my wife unpack the contents of the pallet. Had to slide it into the garage of the co-owner. It should be clearly indicated that the provider can only drop a 130-kilo pallet in a place accessible to a pallet truck.

Trampoline delivery not respected. We made an appointment to be there on the day of receipt and the package arrived 4 days early. The carrier called us and complained that we were not there!! The package is too heavy for him and he leaves it in a common alley for several neighbors. Unpleasant carrier who complains about the load being too heavy! It's his job and every job comes with its problems. Fortunately, the package was fine, but honestly, this type of problem needs to be addressed because buying a trampoline for *** euros is not trivial; it is an item that we could not receive as it should have been!

Not much to say 😊 Efficient delivery and within the indicated deadlines. We chose a relatively large trampoline (4m30) but the assembly was quite quick. One foam element was slightly damaged in the box but it did not compromise the assembly of the part.

Completely satisfied with the trampoline itself. Only with the shipping company not. First, delivered half an hour late (12:30 instead of between 8 and 12), not friendly at all, pallet damaged, one box pressed in on the side... But fortunately, the trampoline was not damaged!!!
