the trampoline is great and we really liked the online advice. Small downside about accessing the trampoline: we did not understand that the access was so high and that the ladder was almost mandatory. We now help ourselves with a chair and our children are very happy on this trampoline. thank you.

I am generally satisfied with the ordering process despite the fact that I could not order the desired product online at the right price. I was able to place my order over the phone and everything went well. Regarding the assembly, everything is okay and well explained in the manual. However, concerning the quality of the material, the protective fabric on the sides is already unstitched by about 10cm. How do you handle customer service in this case? Do you replace the fabric? I ordered 'posts' for the trampoline (a tornado had played with them)... The posts arrived well with a small difference: they are of a smaller diameter!

We are flooded with emails upon order placement. Then the delivery tracking is non-existent. You should take a cue from Chronopost so that your tracking is actually one. For example: We have information on exchanges between different logistics platforms but no estimated delivery date...

Good quality of the product. In terms of price, it would be very appreciated if the ladder and/or a protective cover were included. The weak point: delivery (driver not finding the address, expedited delivery as he did not park correctly, preventing proper control and delivery drop-off at the right place).

The delivery was relatively quick and everything fit. The trampoline springs that were intended for another purpose did not work, but you as a provider are not to blame for that. So everything is good.

The trampoline is easy to assemble, it seems to be serious material, the result is very good. However, the assembly time is underestimated, and the anchoring kit is not great.

The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.

Regarding the ordering procedure and delivery, everything is fine. I only have a serious concern about the safety level of the product, which is still of quality. Specifically, the vertical protective net includes the entire mat including the related edge made of the protective mat that should protect people from impacts with the underlying iron structure. In reality, I believe the mat is too thin to effectively protect against impacts, so I ask if it is possible to order another mat to place on top of the existing one or if it is possible to adapt the vertical net by fixing it inside the green mat and not outside as it is now. I am following up on my order and the delivery scheduled for today. I want to point out a delivery problem. Indeed, having ordered a picnic table, I chose to have it delivered to my home to avoid handling when picking up the merchandise. The delivery was scheduled for today, so I took a day off to be present. Being at home, I do not have my mobile phone with me. I just realized that I received a call and a voicemail from the delivery person. He did not bother to deliver my package to my home, as requested at the time of purchase, but left it at a parcel relay 5 minutes from my house. I now have to find a day during the week when my husband does not come home too late to go pick up the package. I do not find this correct at all on the part of the delivery person. You should escalate this information.

Service very competent, knew exactly about the order. I specifically chose express shipping (2-3 days) for more money, but it was independently changed to normal shipping. Through a lot of initiative from Trampoline Technology, it arrived after 5 days, as indicated for normal orders. That was good, but not what was ordered! I have not received anything back from the extra charge so far. Would correspond to the idea, assembly went well. Works well!
