Very serious site and timely delivery. The products are of quality.

After 6 weeks of shipping time, I finally received the net I ordered. Inferior quality and smaller than the original net. But with such a long shipping time, you are just happy to get anything.

I received the net surrounding the trampoline for the correct diameter but not for the correct number of posts. My trampoline has 6 and I received a model for 8 posts. It took some back and forth for 4 posts. Quite unpleasant, the little kids arrived, too late to change!!!

The trampoline is of impeccable quality. However, for the price, I thought the ladder was included. Well, no!

Not so easy to assemble. Moreover, a big problem since the green and white band intended to go around is clearly too short, by about 10 cm.

Top quality! A bit long delay on replacement accessories for the trampoline but otherwise nothing to complain about.

The delivery time was very long for a manufacturer.. I waited over a month for a protective cover for the trampoline. However, the product is top quality, the trampoline is like new after 8 years of jumping with this cover replacement! I can only recommend your brand!

In line with our expectations

Regarding my order, the protective foam is more effective than the original, but you do not provide the number of hooks according to the number of planned locations, I am missing 10. The foot mat with the ball is great but there are no instructions for installation. Logically, I want to put the France trampoline logo the right way but I can't fix it, so I put it the opposite way. Haven't had time to replace the springs yet.

Very satisfied with France trampoline, as they were responsive to my delivery problem. But the choice of the carrier Chronopost is disappointing as they are really not very serious at all.

Torn package missing a leg

I needed new rods for a completely normal round trampoline. Unfortunately, these are not really / reasonably flexible. For the price, especially the shipping costs, you could have gotten half a new one :/

Purchase of a spare part for the trampoline (safety net). Order placed by phone. The person from FRANCE TRAMPOLINE was very attentive and ready to help us place the order. She found our initial order and everything went well. To date, the net has not yet been changed...

The protective foams for installing the net were missing. The old ones were damaged. We thought there would be some provided with the net.

This is the second trampoline we have purchased and the quality has really decreased (smaller and thinner tubes, net and jumping mat of lower quality)

The quality of the goods is good, but I find the price a bit high and the delivery time was also a bit long. Unfortunately, there are no spare parts from the manufacturer for our trampoline from Kesser.

Very good French material, to see over time, but difficult assembly!

Ordering was simple, uncomplicated. The delivery was prompt.

Did not respond to complaint/objection. But it works and the kids have fun.

I don't know where the error comes from, but the elastic straps are too short. Our trampoline is the largest in the range.

I ordered 1 item in stock and another on pre-order because it was not available immediately. I thought I would first receive the item in stock, but after ordering, I received an email informing me that due to increased shipping costs, there would only be one shipment when the restocking is done. Unless I pay for an additional shipment. A bit disappointed.

I am waiting for delivery

There are some improvements to be made on the assembly of the trampoline, regarding the fitting of the vertical legs, your tool is useless, not enough grip, I had to use a pair of pliers and then to assemble the protective net the fiberglass arches I had to modify the system my way otherwise impossible to fit the circle and I had to use flat head bolts with nuts to hold the entire steel structure at the holes otherwise the rest is fine.

Package arrived in good condition. The material corresponds to the request.

Overall a nice trampoline. Unfortunately, it squeaks after a few weeks and the 'borders' do not hold up unfortunately.

Hello, assembling the 3.00m dome cannot be done with 2 people in 1 hour, but at least 3 people in 2 hours. For the hammock, impossible to set it up as a hammock (upper part in the dome) because the carabiners are missing! Yet they are well mentioned in the assembly guide. Disappointed... Otherwise, the structure looks sturdy and is aesthetic, we'll see over time.

Great set. One important criticism: no self-locking nuts are provided. I bought these at the hardware store after the delivered ones came loose. Dangerous! Must definitely be replaced in the future.

Good advice from the seller, deadlines respected and tutorials sent to help replace the different parts to change on the trampoline.

Super quality items, I have called on France Trampoline several times to change parts on my trampoline. It's so much better than throwing it away and buying a new one. However, a small downside on the availability of certain parts, I had to wait a while before getting a safety net. Other than that, it's really perfect.

Fast

It was difficult for us without German customer service. The delivery took a very long time. Communication was difficult. Delivery was complicated. 3 delivery attempts due to wrong packages.

Following the product ordered being out of stock, additional information during this long waiting period would have been welcome

The package was sent back before I had time to pick it up at the pickup point. You need to resend it to me

I am happy with the product. However, the delivery was relatively scandalous as the delivery person left the package in front of the gate and not inside where I asked him to, claiming that he didn't want to damage his truck which belongs to him. Apparently, he had already come and knew that his truck would be damaged if he went where I asked him to drop off the delivery. Knowing this, why did he take the delivery if he couldn't bring the merchandise?

I left a review on your WhatsApp number on May 5. I received no response, a sign of a lack of consideration for your customers... my daughter-in-law, on our recommendations, ordered a trampoline from you and she confirmed to us that the net was not the same and that hers was sturdier. Here is a copy of the message I wrote to you on May 5: Hello, we have had a trampoline from you for many years. It brings us satisfaction. In 2020, we bought a premium net to replace the one that was torn. My husband noticed that the quality was much lower than the original. It tore much more quickly than the first one. Recently, my son, Thibaut Pujo, ordered the completely torn net again (order FT235609). My husband again finds a net of poor quality, fragile, while it is supposedly the premium quality. Moreover, the bottom attachments are no longer provided and therefore have to be recovered and installed by us for a price much higher than in 2020 (we paid 119€, order FT140331). So, we pay more, lower quality, and fewer accessories... in short, we are disappointed and the more it goes, the lower the quality for a higher price. Too bad...
