This is the second cover I ordered, the first one being torn due to strong winds. Commercial gesture from France Trampoline (the cover was no longer under warranty - 6 months). If more attachments were added, the cover might be even more resistant to this "fragility": it tore at a fixation point.

Difficult delivery but kindness of the interlocutors allowing contact with the delivery service to make an appointment. It's a shame that the transport company does not call ahead for delivery appointments. Regarding the assembly, the instructions do not explain enough: e.g. positioning of the support feet to be oriented so that they can fit, as they can no longer be turned to place the crossbars. Some nuts (6) were missing.

Hello, We emphasize that the transport and delivery of each order are ensured by a national transport company, which organizes its deliveries in advance, but does not necessarily call 10 minutes before arriving at the delivery point. As for the assembly instructions, they provide diagrams and text, which can be supplemented by our assembly guides available on our website, section "Leisure trampoline > Guides for leisure trampolines". This is the second time we trust you. As with the first order, we were very satisfied with the trampoline, the speed of shipping. The trampoline is of very good quality, which holds up well over time (4 years since we have the old one and it is still in very good condition. The reason for the change is a change in size.) This time we have a slight reservation about the company that delivers the product to our home. But a simple call allowed us to rectify the problem. I highly recommend your products which after long searches on different sites, seem the most solid and have the best guarantee over time.

Order taken after phone inquiries about the choice of the tarp model, from a friendly, competent, and responsive seller. Very fast delivery. Excellent quality winter cover, quality product, but one small flaw, the number of attachments is insufficient for the ordered diameter, I had to double the number of attachments to avoid lifting.

Hello, the quality of the service is very good. There are 2 points you can improve: the quality of the plastic attachments and the bolts. During assembly, 2 attachments broke and the threading of 2 bolts was damaged. Regards.
