For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B.. The assembly of the textile net on the posts is not very easy and the tension is not necessarily balanced. Otherwise, the users themselves are fully satisfied with the trampoline.

Trampoline of poor quality, hook ripped off at the first jump, I had another one before that lasted 7 years outside all year without being covered, this one is already cracking, I do not recommend this product to anyone.

You ordered on May 31 and we handed your package to the carrier on June 1, 2016. The delivery person tried to deliver to you on Friday, June 3, according to the request you made on the carrier's website, which allows you to select a date and time slot for delivery. You were apparently not available on the agreed date, so the carrier returned to deliver to you the following Monday. Good telephone advice, product in stock, fast delivery (3 days), correct instructions, accessories very expensive considering the quality (ladder, anchoring...) ground fixation is mandatory, but there is no ideal solution, the kit guarantees nothing, only time will tell if we are right or not!!

Regarding the ladder, it is equipped with wide steps so that children can access the trampoline easily and without hurting their feet (as is often the case with ladders that have rungs as steps).
