Just to point out that some mini portions of the fiber arch were missing. Not having thrown away the old one, I had to recover a length otherwise I wouldn't have been able to install the net of my trampoline.

I ordered spare parts for my 10-year-old trampoline. Quality still as good. However, finding the right dimensions for some parts is not easy at all. I made a mistake for the "16 brackets for net attachment Ø42/38", I needed the size below...

Good product but missing an elastic to attach the cover to the dome.

The equipment itself is very satisfactory but an 80x60 pallet for putting 3m long boxes seems a bit tight to me and the boxes ended up a bit damaged during transport.

Safety net for diameter 366 cm does not fit on trampoline with diameter 366 cm. Just sad, as it is supposed to serve as protection for children.

Purchase of Ovalie 490 Trampoline. We are satisfied with the quality of the trampoline, seems sturdy! Let's see over time, purchase made following the advice of an acquaintance who bought a trampoline 13 years ago (never disassembled for winter) and in excellent condition (1 net change in 13 years). We hope for the same for our purchase! Satisfied with the quick delivery time and the transport service of the goods. The assembly is very long, deciphering the assembly guide is not easy, there are missing markers to find your way. 2 people are enough, an additional person at times to avoid too much difficulty. The video available on the internet facilitates the assembly. In total, we spent the day on it. For the 3 stages: 1h15 for the structure; 1h for the trampoline mat (missing markers to avoid making mistakes before placing the springs) and the protective foam. 1h20 for the net and finishing + anchoring. Regarding the tools provided, we were apprehensive after reading the comments and we were surprised, no problems on our side.

Very happy with the swing but disappointed with the deck chair as no carabiner was provided in the box so it is impossible to attach it to the dome and use it.

Order tracking: a bit laborious, the announced deadline was not respected and the responses to requests for information required follow-ups on my part. Product: quite complicated to put the springs and the first level of bounce is lower compared to the previous trampoline of the same brand... to be confirmed with the return of good weather

The products delivered to me do not exactly match what I was looking for; mainly dimension issues (these are Ninja courses and other games to be fixed in trees). I should have contacted the company for advice. I don't know how to buy online, without seeing with my own eyes and especially without discussing with a salesperson.

Happy with my purchase. Just a small issue fixing the slide properly. One side is easy but for now we can't fix the other side correctly.

The trampoline is of great quality, however the assembly takes longer than expected. The skirt of the trampoline does not stay in place properly.

Very happy in general. Good navigation on the site, careful delivery, fast and clear. Very happy with the product. The only downside is that the instructions are not clear! I hope our assembly is correct because it is very difficult to know which bar goes above the others. We had to redo everything because the bolts were upside down. The indication of the installation direction is not highlighted enough.
