Very pleasantly surprised by the respect of the delivery time during the July 14th holiday, in a small village in the Var. Simple assembly for a handyman, but the instructions are sometimes confusing due to too many unnecessary details!!! The protective sleeves for the poles are calculated very tightly to the point of having a lot of trouble fitting them, the same goes for the upper supports of the net. The plastic snap hooks for the lower net attachment are few and not strong given the stresses endured (already one broken). Overall, it is a pity not to have any spare parts, one lost nut in the greenery and it's a hassle to find it... The inner closure with Velcro is not very reassuring. Otherwise, for now, four of our grandchildren are enjoying it to the maximum without any particular problem, tomorrow there will be 6 more, so we will see about the overall sturdiness of your product!!! Pleasantly surprised also by its good wind resistance, it did not budge despite a strong mistral to which it is exposed... In summary, for children between 10 and 4 years old, it is exactly the product we were looking for. The only weak point for now is the lower hooks of the net (which motivated my rating of 4 out of 5) PS: the gift of the super water gun immediately joins the corner of items reserved for parents!!)

Regarding the assembly instructions, they are indeed very detailed but to be honest, some people still find them not explanatory enough. For the net closure, we have removed the zipper which was even less secure. Once broken, it is impossible to repair while snap hooks can be easily replaced. We will send you new hooks to replace the broken ones. For installation, you can install one hook on two on the side of the jumping mat and the others on the side of the frame. With one of your salespeople, we had agreed on express delivery and it seems there was a problem, we had to call back to see where our delivery was, which arrived 3 days later. Moreover, the gift (water gun) offered is really not appropriate as it has little interest for trampoline activity.

Trampoline Oxygen 250 - Delivery, product packaging, all parts were OK. The trampoline is indeed easy to assemble by following the detailed and precise assembly manual. Everything is compliant and of good quality (Not "made in China"!) Assembled last Sunday, to be seen in use, of course. Downsides: -missing some information in the assembly documentation (the plastic protections to place on the polystyrene of the net poles) -legs found slightly bent in the box _the frame of the net has to be looped without pinching fingers and being careful not to break it (seems quite fragile).
