very good trampoline: wow 4m30. our children have fun on it from morning till night! one flaw, the safety net was a bit torn upon opening. the protective cover is easy to put on and fits very well! the delay between ordering and delivery is 5 days. I recommend it to all our friends!

very disappointed with the delivery: no call to tell me when the delivery would be made contrary to the promises of the site - the delivery person arrived unexpectedly, by chance I was home: fortunately for me I was on leave that day - the box was torn (merchandise not damaged) but impossible to check if all the parts are in the package before the delivery person left given the speed at which he drops the package and leaves - it is a small trampoline but still, the promises of the site are far from being kept - the delivery is subcontracted but the site is responsible for its subcontractor.

Hello Mr. Heintz, we have taken your comment regarding the delivery of the Minimax fitness trampoline into account. This package is currently delivered by the carrier DPD (formerly EXAPAQ) as this trampoline weighs less than 25kg. As we announce on the site (INFO ORDERS button) and in the shipping emails, the carrier only calls for leisure trampolines (!!) that weigh more than 100kg on average. It is normal in this case that the carrier passed without warning. We apologize if the information read on our site was not clear enough for you. Moreover, as you mentioned, the package arrived damaged. Like any delivery, you could refuse it if the package was really too damaged or note reservations on the delivery person's signature. After verification, there are no reservations noted on your signature for your information. If you had a problem after delivery, it would have been complicated to blame the carrier without noted reservations. Hoping to have clarified this point with you, we remain at your disposal. The order and delivery went well, but the product (trampoline roof) is not as good as I expected. It is not an item developed by France Trampoline, it is just distributed by them and it shows in the inferior quality compared to other products. Assembly is laborious because even with several people, the roof is difficult to handle to be lifted to the right height. The instructions advise to dismantle it as soon as there are heavy rains or wind!!! Very difficult to comply with if it takes 3 or 4 people ready to spend half an hour dismantling it each time! So, I leave it and will see how long it lasts, knowing that to avoid water pockets, I pulled the tarp with clamps.

Order placed by phone, pleasant and accommodating contact person. Top product quality. Only issue, big problem with the plastic hooks holding the safety net and protective tarp. 1. Too fragile, many break 2. Poor assembly instructions in the manual (that's why they break) 3. Problem mentioned in multiple reviews.... Without this, it would have been flawless, it's a shame.

We are happy with the result, the material seems to be of quality and designed to last, except perhaps for the plastic attachments of the net. However, I take away one star for the quality of the assembly instructions, which I find insufficiently detailed. I recommend reading several pages ahead of where you are, to be sure to understand well (for example, that the holes must be facing the connectors when you insert the legs, impossible to correct afterwards). And to not lose or break any screws as there are no spares. If, like me, you break a screw, it's a DIY system to finish because it's impossible to keep the kids waiting any longer.

Very good commercial service. Very short delivery times respected! Material that seems solid. Assembly a bit long. The safety clips for each piece of the frame should have been present everywhere to secure the assembly. The springs are designed for assembly without disassembly. I had to create a tool for easy disassembly, otherwise it is too hard. Once assembled, beautiful quality and the product is very responsive. I am satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

In 99.9999% of cases, it is the boxes that may arrive a bit damaged, but the material is never actually damaged. However, it is always advisable to mention reservations if needed with the delivery person. NB: the mention 'subject to unpacking' has no value if there was a problem. Perfect service. Replacement of the jumping mat under warranty after 4 years of use, following initial tearing: no issues since. Replacement of the net and protective cover after 5 years of use, and extreme temperatures (-15° in the north to heat in the southwest in full sun): no issues since. The children, as they grow up, still enjoy using it... Small detail: the net seems thinner than the previous one. Second detail: a jumper weighs more than 80kg.
