I had a lot of trouble finding the right references on the site to order a net and fiberglass bows for a trampoline purchased from you 3 years ago. The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.
