We sincerely apologize for the additional delay: August 15th being a holiday and your order being placed on Friday evening, this delayed its shipping by one day. Nevertheless, the delivery time announced by our carrier was indeed respected: your order was handed over to them on 17/08/2017 and delivery was made on 21/08/2017. For any order of products in stock, we commit to shipping within 48 working hours. An additional delivery time of 2 to 5 days is then added, so that the carrier can deliver your order to you. Regarding the squeaking springs, this can unfortunately happen at the beginning of the trampoline's use. We invite you to be a little patient, while the springs
