Extremely fast delivery, assembly quite easy (better to have two people), assembly instructions a bit summary (diagrams not very readable), material apparently of very good quality, very sturdy.

I am very satisfied with the jump'up trampoline I bought from you. Admittedly, the price is higher compared to some competing products, but having tested both, the jump'up is much more interesting: sturdier, more stable. I was also very satisfied with the pre-sales service, delivery times, and also the after-sales service (the net had a small defect that was replaced for free). I highly recommend this product, 100% French too!

I bought a rectangular trampoline of 3m x 2m with nets. Very good manufacturing without problems during assembly. I weigh 70 kg, the structure's support and the fabric's resistance seem very good. The kids love it. However, we are very far from the 72 hours delivery after the order. 11 days in my case. I recommend this product.

Beautiful quality trampoline, well finished, stable, easy to assemble. No delivery issues except the transporter who, not being able to reach me, did not call back. The kids are delighted and so are the parents!

Very competent sales service, reachable without issues. Delivery after carrier appointment. Good quality trampoline, a bit complicated to assemble but with a little patience everything works out, must be two people for assembly. Once assembled, a real treat for the kids and even for the adults.

I love the quality of your trampolines but I ordered one of your trampolines (Booster 390 pack) about ten days ago but I still haven't received it because the box was open when it arrived at the post office... so they must have sent one back from Bordeaux.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. From fast delivery to the quality of the trampoline, I have nothing to complain about! We assembled the trampoline today in the sun. The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). The result is of quality, it is beautiful and the quality is there. It quickly found its enthusiasts.

Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...

Our trampoline was delivered quickly, everything was in perfect condition! A gentleman who is absolutely not handy assembled it without any difficulties and very quickly; since then the little ones (and the big ones) are delighted and have a lot of fun. Purchase trampoline jump'up 430 with net and protective cover that I recommend. Very fast delivery. Very good contact with the technical service for advice. Very easy assembly alone. The trampoline is magnificent 430 super (confirmed by the family). Very resistant given the quality of the structure and accessories (to see over time later) To buy with eyes closed, compared to what I have seen in stores near me, and in the family. My children are like crazy Thank you France Trampoline PS: I think I will buy the tent as an accessory later. (Huge for sleeping several without touching the stones)

Respect for delivery times. The sales team is very helpful. Assembling the trampoline is indeed long but the explanations provided via the assembly guide are very clear. But it is imperative to have two people to assemble it.
