Octopulse trampoline excellent! Allows for jump sequences and figures impossible on classic round trampolines. Bought for 3 teenagers aged 11 to 15. Very easy to assemble.

Well, I don't know if we misunderstood or what really happened, but I didn't pay for express shipping and it arrived the same day they said it would with express shipping. It didn't arrive on the day I needed it.

very fast shipping and reception ... But it is really a shame that the 2 m foam protections are folded in a small box of 55 X 35 cm, which means they are all bent or almost twisted! a more suitable packaging would have been better and I hope it will relax once installed...

I had bought a tarp for the bed and did not install it until months later. When I installed it, I detected a small hole. I contacted jump in spain informing them of the situation and they delivered a new tarp at no cost (I paid for the shipping). I am very satisfied with the service offered and grateful.

Very happy with the trampoline. The only downside is the manual, which lacks explanations for assembly. We had to disassemble some parts to redo the assembly correctly due to lack of explanations.
