I am extremely satisfied because I was contacted after validating my order to inform me that the product did not correspond to my previous order and indeed it was not suitable for my trampoline. We were therefore able to modify the order before shipment and receive a perfectly adapted net within very satisfactory deadlines. It is indeed a bit more expensive than on other sites but the service and quality are unmatched!

For the quote, the technician on the phone and the delivery nothing to complain about! But on the other hand, the new tubes ordered do not have the same powder coating finish and being in construction and knowing the prices I know it's a matter of economy and for the fiber rods it's the same, I received 10 cm scraps to go around the trampoline and without string, it looks more like reconditioning and at a high price than new! Too bad…

I bought the climbing dome in the medium size for our daughter's 3rd birthday in February 2022. However, it is much too big for her (but no problem) we have older children 9 and 12 years old and they climb on it and hang around. We also bought the tent. Which will be super practical in the summer, for lying under after swimming in the pool. Assembly was okay, we had to tinker a bit but then it went quickly, we needed about 1.5 hours +/- Super stable. However, the swing that can be ordered with it is not so great. I think it will be due to the size of the dome. Maybe it will be great in size S.
