According to customer service, I did not provide any incorrect information when ordering a replacement jumping mat, yet the mat did not fit my trampoline. I had to return it and received the message that I would only be partially refunded. I cannot understand this, as the mat was not used and was returned in its original packaging. However, it sometimes happens that spare parts are not suitable for certain trampolines, as with your jumping mat.
