The package arrived damaged. I noticed after picking it up that two pieces were missing. I contacted France Trampolino to find out how I could return it. They never replied to me.

Very good product. Our first trampoline came from *** and after 10 years of good service, it was damaged. The children wanted a rectangular one for better bouncing with several.
