Material defective! No warranty service! I bought the Oval trampoline 430 about a year ago (2019). Apparently due to a material defect, the metal on one pole nearly broke. *** As a warranty service, I was sent a replacement pole with a thicker material thickness, which does not fit the other parts. Only after my lawyer intervened was my money refunded.

Quality product but issues with delivery tracking. A delay was announced (2 months) and was not respected. I called for the first time (after 3 months) and they could not provide me with information about the delivery.
