I appreciated that the salespeople contacted me by phone after I placed my order online to verify the spare parts I had ordered. The only small downside is that the diameter of the delivered posts is not the same diameter as my old ones, which made their installation more complicated.

The trampoline net received was not the one we ordered and we had to pay for the return of this net at our own expense in order to receive the correct one, which is unacceptable!

As with all our customers ordering a spare part for their trampoline on our site, we tried to contact you twice before shipping the net you ordered, to ensure it would fit your structure. We left you a message in this regard, then an email, both of which went unanswered. Your order was therefore shipped with the jumping net you had chosen, but since it ultimately did not fit your trampoline, the return was indeed at your expense for the replacement of the net.
