Hello After realizing that 2 pieces were missing for the assembly of the trampoline, I contacted customer service. I was very well received and my request was immediately taken into account. I was trusted and I must admit that it is very pleasant to be heard. Not only did the person online notify the error but also corrected it very quickly. I received the parts within 2 days following my call. It is quite rare for customer service to be so professional, so I wanted to give my opinion.

The carrier did not deliver within the scheduled time slot (8am - 11am), indicated by email that I would be delivered on the scheduled day (so waiting on site all day) then at 7pm a new email stating that I would not be delivered on the scheduled day but the next day without specifying hours... ultimately delivery at 4pm the day after the scheduled day. On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...

Excellent telephone assistance that helped me with the purchase of a maxi pack 490 oval carpet. I was subsequently contacted for shipping updates and for the scheduled pickup. The product and manufacturing materials are very good and sturdy, made to last over time and easy to assemble even for non-experts. Personally, I give 5 stars and I was satisfied with the purchase which I will recommend to friends and acquaintances.

Fairly quick delivery, good quality product, nothing to compare with an original tarp, I am satisfied with my purchase. One small remark, it was packaged in a plastic bag, which does not protect the tarp in case of tearing or otherwise; knowing the carriers.....
