The product , in my case a replacement mat , was of very good quality and the correct size. Please be aware this company question what size you order and the emails go into your junk so despatch can be delayed !!

Robust and high-quality product. The only downside is that the assembly instructions are not explicit enough. Galvanized tubes with proper numbers would be much more reassuring to start the assembly

Order and payment on 29/06. It is now 22/07 and we still haven't received anything and on top of that, they hang up on us when we dare to say that this is not normal and that we are being treated like fools! The only thing they offer us is to cancel the order and order elsewhere!!! Nice commercial service!

Stayed the whole day for the delivery and it came 2 days after! Also required some sort of compensation for it and got no response.
