Indeed, for an item weighing less than 25kg, if you wish to return the product via our carrier, the return shipping costs are €31 including tax. You can also return your item via THE POST if you wish, of course. If you return the product clean, new, and well packaged, there will be no deduction, of course. Due to abuses, we had to mention such a level of deduction to protect ourselves from people returning non-resalable products as new while having announced otherwise. If you wish to return your product, please confirm it to us, and we will provide the return address of our warehouses.
