I wrote them a note asking them that the shipping address of the bed was not the postal address, since the place where I wanted the delivery is a property where there are no streets, and I indicated that in the address sent they would explain how to get to the site. They did not listen to me, and I had to carry the 120 Kg. and move them awkwardly damaging the car to my home.

If this address was not correct, the carrier could not know. Nevertheless, I can assure you that on our part we transmitted all the information to the carrier and asked him to contact you to receive the necessary instructions for delivery, and according to our information, he did so. I also told you that if you had any problems with the delivery, you could call our phone number and we would take care of solving it, however, on the day of delivery we did not receive any news from you. Please understand that the carrier made the delivery at the address provided. If you wanted the delivery to be made at another address, you should have provided it to us. In addition to transmitting all possible information to the carrier and making ourselves available in case any problem arises, there is little more we can do. Unless there was an error or misunderstanding, it is impossible that we told you that the product is charged once the order is received, as this goes against our policy. It is true that we have a payment option in 3 installments where 60% of the order is charged once it has been received, corresponding to the second and third payment installments. However, for this, you must choose the payment option in 3 installments. If we do not choose this option, when placing the order online and entering the card details, the charge is made at the same moment, exactly like when we make a purchase with a card in any physical store. Trampoline Jump'Up 4.30m super quality, my husband assembled it in 2 hours, the girls are having a blast, the trampo foot offers new games... The tricks keep coming... and my girls are not holding back! For one of their birthdays, there were 8 of them, under supervision of course. I am happy to have opted for a trampoline from France Trampoline, I had to exceed my budget but the option of paying in 3 installments without fees allowed me this excess, and given the quality of the material I have no regrets. Of course, there are trampolines at more accessible prices but the quality is not at all the same, and the safety of my girls is priceless! Trampoline delivered quickly - the delivery person was very professional, he helped me check the contents of the packages. Everything was there.
