France trampoline: very good service, very responsive. Regarding the delivery company: quality was more than average. Appointment made on Monday morning: waited all morning. We learned after making the effort to call that the temporary delivery person did not show up. The least they could have done was call us to avoid wasting a day. The next day, the delivery scheduled for the afternoon arrived at noon. The delivery person was not aware, and we were lucky to be present as we had other obligations.

We were pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. Although the ladder is missing (which we will receive soon), the trampoline is very sturdy, of good quality, and a good size.
