I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.

Had to change the bars because the anchoring system did not hold for 9 months and the trampoline flew away. The order was supposed to ship the same day. I had to call back 3 weeks later because it still hadn't shipped. 3 iron bars and two trinkets for 35% of the total price of the trampoline. Elastic not provided in the bars that hold the upper net. In short, it's good Chinese junk!!

We recommend lowering your net when there is a risk of storm, as the stakes planted in the ground are not always sufficient to keep the trampoline in place. Regarding your order, one of the parts was out of stock at the time of your purchase. You were informed of this delay at the time of ordering, by phone and via our automatic email. We understand that this delay may have been frustrating, and we apologize for that. We are a company that aims to help our customers as much as possible by offering all possible spare parts, unlike some companies. Additionally, we granted you a discount on your order considering that you had recently purchased your trampoline. As for the fiberglass arcs, it is clearly stated on all our product sheets that they do not come with elastics, as they do not require them.
