Very good quality. Easy to assemble with two people. The only problem was the absence of instructions in French for assembling the protective nets, but we contacted them right away and received the instructions by email.

Call to customer service before ordering for information. Very good welcome, availability and information are on point. The ordering process on the site is simple. I am very satisfied with the jump'up trampoline I bought from you. Admittedly, the price is higher compared to some competing products, but having tested both, the jump'up is much more interesting: sturdier, more stable. I was also very satisfied with the pre-sales service, delivery times, and also the after-sales service (the net had a small defect that was replaced for free). I highly recommend this product, 100% French too!
