I bought a rectangular trampoline of 3m x 2m with nets. Very good manufacturing without problems during assembly. I weigh 70 kg, the structure's support and the fabric's resistance seem very good. The kids love it. However, we are very far from the 72 hours delivery after the order. 11 days in my case. I recommend this product.

THE TECHNICAL ADVICE IS REALLY GOOD, very happy with the chosen trampoline WHAOU460, expensive product but quality well above cheaper products. A very good value for money, size, safety plan and very reliable instructions.

Beautiful quality trampoline, well finished, stable, easy to assemble. No delivery issues except the transporter who, not being able to reach me, did not call back. The kids are delighted and so are the parents!

Very competent sales service, reachable without issues. Delivery after carrier appointment. Good quality trampoline, a bit complicated to assemble but with a little patience everything works out, must be two people for assembly. Once assembled, a real treat for the kids and even for the adults.

Purchase of Ovalie Trampoline. Very good phone contact. Good information. Order placed easily. Trampoline received quickly. Delivery company: More than average! (According to various comments, this is really a point to improve!) Trampoline easy to assemble. Assembly instructions not very clear. (Assembly photos would be more appropriate to help...) The trampoline seems to be of good quality: We'll see over time. The whole little family is delighted!! Thank you for the efficiency and seriousness.

I love the quality of your trampolines but I ordered one of your trampolines (Booster 390 pack) about ten days ago but I still haven't received it because the box was open when it arrived at the post office... so they must have sent one back from Bordeaux.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. From fast delivery to the quality of the trampoline, I have nothing to complain about! We assembled the trampoline today in the sun. The assembly is easy for one person (for some elements, two people are needed), the instructions are detailed with diagrams (duration 2 hours). The result is of quality, it is beautiful and the quality is there. It quickly found its enthusiasts.

The pre-sales contact was very good, quick response, but the delivery time was not respected. On the other hand, we received a small commercial gesture for the delay. Generally, good impression of the service. The trampoline seems to be well made, with clear assembly instructions.

Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend

Speed of ordering and delivery. Easy to consult site, easy to read assembly instructions. The only issue at delivery, no one called to set a delivery appointment as stated on the site!! The package therefore waited all day in the rain.... Fortunately, all the packages were there...
