Our trampoline was delivered quickly, everything was in perfect condition! A gentleman who is absolutely not handy assembled it without any difficulties and very quickly; since then the little ones (and the big ones) are delighted and have a lot of fun. Purchase trampoline jump'up 430 with net and protective cover that I recommend. Very fast delivery. Very good contact with the technical service for advice. Very easy assembly alone. The trampoline is magnificent 430 super (confirmed by the family). Very resistant given the quality of the structure and accessories (to see over time later) To buy with eyes closed, compared to what I have seen in stores near me, and in the family. My children are like crazy Thank you France Trampoline PS: I think I will buy the tent as an accessory later. (Huge for sleeping several without touching the stones)

We are very happy with our purchase. Upon arrival of the package, two small sleeves were missing which were sent to us immediately. We had difficulty putting the fiberglass tubes in place to install the net, they seemed too short and well France trampoline sent us an extra piece of tube at the same time as the sleeves. The trampoline seems solid since it has been installed, my 3 children use it almost every day. We hope it lasts over time.

Respect for delivery times. The sales team is very helpful. Assembling the trampoline is indeed long but the explanations provided via the assembly guide are very clear. But it is imperative to have two people to assemble it.

The delivery went smoothly within the deadlines, after a phone appointment. The packaging is impeccable. We opted for a Jump'Up 250 model. Assembly is very easy: just follow the instructions in the manual (like an Ikea furniture). Once assembled, what is immediately obvious is confirmed: it is quality material. The kids are having a blast, in complete safety! A small regret: we should have ordered the protective cover at the same time (it would have saved us the shipping costs that we will have to pay for our next order).

The delivery was so-so, as the box was damaged and there was syrup everywhere on the trampoline. As for the product itself, it is very, very simple to assemble, the parts of the trampoline are very reassuring, you can clearly see that it is a very good product.... I took a long time to choose a trampoline for my daughter and I wanted a product that would meet my safety requirements, a reasonable price, a nice design, and good quality! I found all the criteria I desired with you!!! I am delighted!

the site is very good and the material is of good quality. I have one complaint about the delivery service, which is unable to give you a time slot, which says it will call you back but does not do so, I called at least 4 times to be told that the truck was in front of my house and was going to leave, no one had warned me!! Great difficulty in assembling the trampoline and especially the protective net! We took 2 and a half to 4 hours. After all these mishaps, the kids and adults are constantly on it!
