good quality product, but long to assemble.... we need to be several! small problem with poorly suited stitching on the tube protections holding the net: we had to unpick and patch with tape!! to see over time

The presentation of your different trampolines on the site is very precise and reliable. The delivery was made within the agreed deadlines, with contact from the carrier to agree on a delivery day, which is a real comfort! The assembly of the trampoline posed no difficulties, one can almost assemble it alone, the provided guide is very precise. The only difficult thing to assemble was probably the small ladder to access the trampoline. For the past 2 weeks since we have it, the children have been having fun and finally they are spending time outside! So for now we are very happy with our purchase. We will see of course in use because we plan to leave it outside every winter. But it is reassuring to know that we can easily order spare parts.

There is a problem with the delivery, I ordered a mini trampoline, I was not informed of the delivery, whereas in your email, we were supposed to contact me to define the date and time, I never received this information.

Bravo to you! 6 days between the order and the receipt of the package. Everything went as planned on the site. Emails, phone call from the carrier, a timely delivery and a clean, well-wrapped pallet. The trampoline also seems to be of good quality. I look forward to the good times we will spend with family and friends. Happy end of year celebrations to the whole team!
