Very pleasant and very professional phone contact. The package is delivered on time. Very satisfying. However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.

Contacted by the delivery person but does not respond when called back. Result: Product delivered on a day of absence. Moreover, one package was missing. Photo of an ordered lot on the site but the package does not include all the elements of the lot.

We apologize if you encountered problems with them. Please know that if you cannot get in touch with the carrier, our sales service is available to follow up from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and then from 1:45 PM to 5:30 PM. As for the ordered product, you ordered a climbing dome play area of 3.60 m. Indeed, as explained in the product sheet, the climbing dome is not part of the pack. However, you can purchase the play area with the climbing dome or the dome alone on our site. All packages were therefore present at the delivery of your pallet.
