Dear Sir or Madam, Following our telephone conversation today, we understand your disappointment regarding the delivery times. You placed your order on Sunday, August 11, and were delivered on Tuesday, August 20, which is a delay significantly longer than what we announce on our site, namely 2 to 5 working days after the order. This delay is regularly observed and managed by our carriers. However, in August, some delivery agencies near our clients are understaffed and work with substitute drivers, and it can happen that some delays are extended to the detriment of our clients, despite our reminders. We can only apologize for this delay that occurred, especially during the extended weekend of August 15. The France Trampoline team.

Robust trampoline and fairly easy assembly. Some doubts sometimes but the assembly videos found online can help. Small downside for the delivery person who left the package in front of the street because he didn't want to back into our yard even though 2 trucks can fit in there... anyway... otherwise we are delighted. We will judge the rest later with time... but the quality is there.

France trampoline: very good service, very responsive. Regarding the delivery company: quality was more than average. Appointment made on Monday morning: waited all morning. We learned after making the effort to call that the temporary delivery person did not show up. The least they could have done was call us to avoid wasting a day. The next day, the delivery scheduled for the afternoon arrived at noon. The delivery person was not aware, and we were lucky to be present as we had other obligations.

Very good contact. I was even called back to verify the dimensions of my trampoline. The only downside is the delivery. Everything arrived well and on time but the packaging of my jumping mat was a bit light, and thus mishandled by the delivery people. Package needs reinforcement....
