We had specified the delivery day and it was not respected. Fortunately, the delivery person returned on the right day without additional charges.

very good quality of products, very well adapted to my trampoline but on the pole fixings, the accessories (in U) the threading is not sufficient (too short), I had to add a thickness to tighten.

During the phone call: the person met my expectations. However, I had asked the delivery person to call before delivery and he did not do so, therefore delivered with a week's delay!!!

Very good customer welcome and appropriate advice for what we were looking for. France-Trampoline is a company that inspires confidence. However, two small downsides: - the fixings of the two "hoops" of the net at the top do not hold very well; the system with the Velcro comes undone barely mounted, which is normal given the tension exerted and the too low fitting measure. Can you propose a solution to remedy this? - the independent delivery service made a mistake on the day and made me wait a whole day without delivering. Disappointment. The delivery therefore had to be postponed. Two blocked days waiting for delivery, which is quite unpleasant. Nevertheless, a top product, the children are delighted. Thank you.

The trampoline is very good. I have very damaged knees and wanted to let off steam without injuring myself. So I use it very gently, legs almost straight and on tiptoes for 1 to 2 minutes. It's perfect for me, it's a good compromise as long as you are reasonable.

The holes on the frame should be deburred to allow easier spring attachment. Easy assembly with two people. Fixing kit unusable, the stakes sink 10 cm and the auger lifts the soil! I used formwork clamps, excellent! To be seen in use.

We are very happy with our trampoline, the kids are thrilled, maybe just one small criticism, there are some rubber feet missing to cushion the shock when the kids are inside.

The trampoline was delivered without any issues, I am disappointed to have to pay the shipping costs (19 euros) for the cover that I forgot to order when I ordered the trampoline, regards

The basic product is robustly designed, and gives the impression of safety in use. Easy to assemble and install... Until the "protective roof" which is almost "impossible" to install, even with several adults, because at an ABSOLUTELY INACCESSIBLE height. How to build and place the frame? How to lock the "velcro" around the bars of the structure more than 3 meters above the mat? I wonder how it is possible to consider dismantling it in case of wind! This accessory is not at the technical level of the rest of the material. It feels like an add-on, a patch-up, let's hope it won't be the cause of the destruction of the whole... in case of wind for example.
