hello, indeed happy with the reception and the package. the trampoline was quickly assembled. everyone is happy. to regret, perhaps 2 things: the protections of the vertical tubes that slide revealing the tube at the top, the net that is exactly in line with the spring protector, which does not sufficiently protect the gap between the spring and the mat. for now, everything is ok.

a bit expensive but the quality is there. very satisfactory information on the site (video)

Quality material, easy to assemble but it's better to have at least two people, especially for the safety net. The complete assembly takes about two hours with three people. Everything seems solid and secure. However, the extra product that was offered was missing, too bad but maybe it will arrive later?

Hello, I am very satisfied with the quality of the Jump'up trampoline I chose. The purchase and delivery went well and the people I was able to contact for the latter were very friendly. I still have a criticism to make about the quality of the assembly manual, it is not up to the level of the product. I searched the site to see if a manual was online but I found nothing. Example: no indication on the assembly direction of the safety net, the opening to enter the trampoline must have the Velcro inside and the hooks outside, I realized this at the end and of course it was upside down. The detail of assembling the cover on the safety net posts was missing. In one image, the cover is seen inside the upper hook but by following the assembly diagram, it is found outside.

Two small criticisms on the support posts of the safety net: the coverings of the posts are not waterproof (these coverings will remain damp, become dirty and oxidize the posts) and the plastic hooks of the net are difficult to engage around the top of the net and the stiffening rod.

Delivery times more than perfect! But a bit expensive as a result... Beautiful quality of the reserved product.

Purchase in March 2012... Today at the end of August 2012... and after long sessions ... the product remains in very good condition despite the various and multiple uses by the children.... I think I will take it apart for the winter.... but otherwise the net and the jumping mat hold up well. Just a note... now the springs are starting to make noise... I think playing on it with the water jet might be the cause. A good product that I recommend.

Good quality material, well designed. Delivery appointment too long from 9am to 2pm. Delivery person came within the announced time but was unpleasant, aggressive, refused to place the very heavy packages further than the gate limit claiming there was no access when it was false, aggressive when we disagreed. Several packages were damaged and opened during delivery, metal rods were partially sticking out, the packaging barely holding, so reception under reserves.

no issues with the ordered product, for now, the jumping mat was standard and was installed easily. good order tracking and delivery made on time.

Excellent service. Notable robustness of the net and the mat that withstood a hailstorm that severely damaged cars in the area. The only small criticism would be the convenience of closing the net, which is otherwise excellent due to its doubling. Very happy with this purchase.
