Nothing to say about the ordering process and the ordered products. Everything was very good. However, I have a major reservation about the delivery of a small package that was shipped at a later time: the carrier Exapaq is not at all suitable for individuals. They come without notifying the recipient, and it is impossible to take a more precise delivery slot than the day. Moreover, the address of the Exapaq depot I depend on is unknown to GPS, websites, and other city maps, not to mention the access plan available on the Exapaq site which is incorrect! In short, major reservation about the choice of carrier.

Hello, the quality of the items is very good, but I really had big problems with the delivery. Delivery day not respected despite a phone call from the carrier to confirm the delivery. Then, I had to call to get a second delivery appointment that has still not been respected. Big anger because I lost 2 days of vacation waiting in vain for the package and finally a delivery... For now, I remain really on the negative side... Too bad!!!

TRAMPOLINE OF VERY GOOD QUALITY. KIDS LOVE IT AND SO DO THE ADULTS...! The only downside is that the arch that holds the net tends to come apart when trying to put the net in place but it's just a detail compared to the quality of the product.. fast delivery in 3 DAYS and complete I fully recommend this site to any potential buyer with eyes closed....
