fast delivery, good quality of the product, assembly not too difficult. The assembly instructions should be gathered and made more prominent as we found them only after the trampoline was installed. Add some nuts for the safety net.

The quality of services from France trampoline is very satisfactory. We just installed the trampoline (which we had ordered for Christmas). The only small remark would be to perhaps improve the installation manual of the material. Indeed, the images corresponding to the different parts are not very clear, perhaps a photo of the parts would help to better identify them.

The ordering process is easy and professional, all the information is on the site and helps to choose the model best suited to the need. A small downside because we were supposed to benefit from a promo of a "trampoFoot" offered and during the palletizing this item was forgotten. after assembly our trampoline meets our hopes and our children spend their days on it.

the delivery was indicated within 15 days and finally took place 30 days after the order so it's a shame for the customer because it's often for a gift so we end up with nothing. Otherwise, there is a very good telephone service, people respond quickly and are very pleasant.

I am very happy with the efficiency and speed of processing my order. I am just disappointed that the delivery was so long (ordered on Tuesday received the following Wednesday) even though there was the Easter weekend in that week. On the other hand, the trampoline is quite simple to assemble and I am not disappointed with its quality.

Just a remark regarding the carrier from the Rhône-Alpes region. The online commercial service is completely unresponsive and unpleasant to our remarks regarding the time and date of delivery.
