According to their general sales conditions (GSC), they have a maximum of 15 days from the date we filed our complaint to determine whether the package is lost or not. Hello, We apologize for the issue encountered with your jumping mat purchased in 2020. Our jumping mats are as solid as possible. For years, their triangles have been attached with 8 rows of stitching and a reinforcement strip under each triangle. After years of selling this system, we are confident in the lifespan it offers with long resistance when the trampoline is used normally. Based on experience, we lean towards your case being a very intensive use of the trampoline, as you changed the jumping mat and all the springs of your trampoline 2 years ago. This approach is relatively rare in fact. Even old springs can last for years after their purchase and rarely break.
