Very good quality trampoline, sturdy and safe for my 3-year-old son. He spends hours on it, he loves it!!! I am very happy with my purchase. I was looking for a product that meets safety standards for my grandson. I recommend it without hesitation. Only downside... Difficult to assemble and the instructions are not clear enough.

Very good quality trampoline compared to what is available from the competition (but the price is also higher). I give 4 stars because 1 tube out of 10 to hold the net was not drilled at the junction of the extension and 1 spring out of 88 was bent. However, if I had to rate the carrier, it would be 0 stars because he delivered a completely broken 150 kg pallet (he was nice, he left me the pieces of wood...) and when leaving, he caught my gate and tore off the flashing light and the threshold stop, all of course without wanting to make a report and take responsibility, but this is currently under review with our insurer and only indirectly concerns France Trampoline through the choice of its carriers.

I ordered several hooks for the Ninja-Line. When I received them, one was missing because the shabby packaging was torn. I received the missing hook replaced, nicely packed. I wonder why it wasn't packed properly in the first place?! The hooks themselves are okay, but if you swing a bit wilder, the swing ropes slip out of the 'hook rail'.

very good contact and advice with the online service. The only issue we had was at the time of delivery which took place two days before our return from vacation even though we had clearly specified this return date.

The material is of good quality, large size, more than I imagined. The assembly instructions are insufficient for some steps. We managed to get through it anyway. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Very good product despite the long wait for delivery. I was warned of a 4-week delivery time which was extended by 2 weeks, which can happen given the context... however I am very disappointed regarding the payment as my payment was debited at the time of the order and not at delivery!!!

The announced deadlines are not respected and assumed. We purchased a ninja course, 2 jump'up 360 trampolines, accessories, and spare parts about 8 months ago due to a violent weather episode. You refused to send us an invoice including the trampoline purchased in December 2020 and the accessories purchased a month later (they were not available at the time of the trampoline purchase), to facilitate a partial refund from the insurance. Moreover, the price of the trampoline has increased by 20% in 6 months and you did not want to make a commercial gesture. You will understand our dissatisfaction.

Good quality of the material, too bad the zipper doesn't go down lower because it's difficult to access the trampoline.

Order as expected, competent customer service. However, the parcel relay delivery service was mediocre. Item not delivered to the relay the first time but returned to the supplier who contacted me to find out what was going on. Delivery OK the second time with a delay of 3 weeks.

I am rather disappointed overall with the material itself. I took FRANCE TRAMPOLINE "one of the most expensive" hoping for a certain quality and ease of assembly. Difficult assembly of the base tubes and poorly designed, I can't imagine their disassembly. Plastic hook for the cover around the trampoline very fragile and fixed in a dubious place (springs), three already broken. I've had it for a short time. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it. Problems with your delivery provider, absence on site, had to reschedule....

According to my children and their friends, the trampoline, about 365cm, jump up, bounces much better than the cheaper ones. Quality seems very solid. I can't say anything about durability after 2 months yet.
