The delivery person was very nice, he dropped off the package where it suited me and all with kindness and friendliness. It's a bit complicated to reach the office by phone and leave a message. But they are serious people in their job. A safety note, I have 8 small children and the youngest (4 years old) had the idea to go underneath while the others were playing on top. So supervision is essential, but maybe a net underneath would be welcome.

The package was not delivered to the address indicated on my order. The delivery person left it in the adjacent shop. But since the shopkeeper was on vacation, his replacement was unable to find the package. Upon the manager's return on August 15, I again claimed this package that you said was delivered!! In short, an order made in June arrived after August 15 and my children could not use the trampoline to their great dismay!!

Good product, good overall quality. We are satisfied. However: - too bad there is no protection for the trunks of trees - assembly is not that simple: we had to use a winch to sufficiently tension the cable - too bad the "handle" cannot be easily removed for periods of non-use

The net received does not correspond to the old one which was only 2 years old: zipper instead of a double Velcro closure with 3 hooks much more practical with a larger and safer opening; moreover, our trampoline is black and red and the closure of the new net is green and white which detracts from the aesthetics of the whole while this was a criterion in the choice of our trampoline of which we are otherwise very satisfied. As for the delivery time (three months), it is not attributable to France Trampoline but it has accentuated our disappointment.

Hello, thank you for your comment. We have indeed changed the design of our nets and opted for a zipper for reasons of practicality and quality. Unfortunately, we no longer produce the old opening. Regarding the delivery time of the package, we always have a lot of requests before the start of the season and there may be a bit of delay in restocking. Very very disappointed with the green protection pad Ø 366 which tore on one side at the very first use!! The pad delivered with the trampoline was of much better quality. A commercial gesture would be greatly appreciated

It would have been preferable to include the instructions for attaching the protective cushion with the bungee cords. I had to call. They sent it to me by email. It was very good but it would have saved time for both you and me.
