Very good product and fast delivery

The ordered goods are absolutely top and of super quality! However, we couldn't understand why the delivery came via freight forwarding. The pallet on which the boxes with the goods were secured was in very poor condition. It unfortunately fell apart completely during unloading. Since the goods were intact, we give a very convincing 4 stars. Our children have a lot of fun with the ninja course in the garden.

Small downside for DPD (FOR ME THEY ARE THIEVES) who do not respect home delivery and find it fair to refund the amount and ask to see this with the sender, so you! maybe change the delivery service....

Following the order for changing the safety net and the protective foams for the posts. A mounting manual is missing from the package. When the trampoline has been assembled for several years, you no longer know how to disassemble it, especially how the posts are fitted and locked (by a spring pin) and the junction point of the fiber arch fitted but not marked during assembly (marking this greatly facilitates things) And a small manual for reassembling the ordered elements. Very good replacement products mounted for 2 weeks, the children are safe and happy.

Purchase of a replacement net. Compared to the original net, the quality is really worse: lightweight material, snagged during installation, no Velcro like the previous model. Additionally, after a storm yesterday, a white and very foamy product was dripping from the net (we do not know what it is - toxicity on a product for children?)

Unacceptable to charge *** euros for shipping fees when we live on an island where there is a bridge, so there should normally be no problem for deliveries. Therefore, we had to have it delivered to my brother in Bordeaux, and to top it all off, he had to go pick up the package at a relay point because the carrier didn't even bother to deliver it to his home while he was there specifically for the delivery.

We had a circular hoop from the top of the net that broke during the first assembly. It's a shame we taped it... Can you replace it for us? We watched an online video before assembly, it's complementary to the manual to avoid mistakes when attaching the springs. You need to assemble the trampoline yourself to know how to disassemble it later Best regards

I am satisfied with Trampoline Technik and the product, BUT the delivery with Kühne and Nagl took about 20 days and that only after many phone calls!!

Thank you for your commercial gesture, as changing the net + protective mat remained very expensive compared to a new trampoline.

The package was left in front of the door by the carrier with the package re-taped by the carrier. The seller must resend the package to me, after a complaint, I have not heard back despite several follow-ups.

The bars of the monkey bars and top den are far weaker than the bars of the main de we have. Our child who is only 30kg was afraid using the monkey bars as they bowed when he used them and the way the canvas at the bottom of the top ten dips down a lot and the bars bend which made him feel unsafe. We were disappointed because the main structure was very solid. We were so disappointed we did not attach the ladder, my husband who is a metal worker wishes to strengthen the ladder before trusting it with our child

After-sales service of no use, incorrect item description and cumbersome solution... My next purchase will be at another store.

The use of this material is almost impossible for children: the cylinder is too smooth. I will try to attach a rubber washer to save the use of this object.

Fast delivery, the net seems a bit less qualitative than the original, we will see over time...

Good quality trampoline but difficult to assemble in the absence of sufficiently detailed instructions in the assembly manual. Moreover, if we hadn't kept the tool to pull the springs from the old trampoline, we would never have managed to assemble it.

The delivery was quite fast but we received broken bars. Fortunately, we had some left to replace them but the package should be better wrapped for the price we pay.

Product conforms to the description. Assembly requires good physical condition and at least 3 people are necessary at certain stages of construction.

The product is great, it has crazy success with friends and children who come to the house. We have negative remarks to make: The assembly of the dome and the slide is almost impossible with 2 adults, a 3rd person is needed. The manual should include a summary of the entire product: we assembled the dome entirely before realizing that we should not go all the way up to install the cabin. The spacing of the slide to stretch the fabric is mission impossible, we had to use a jack to get the gap!! There is a gap between the end of the cabin and the beginning of the slide because we could not adjust as requested in the manual, it does not work technically. Our daughter did not see the gap at one point and one leg went through, she hurt herself badly. To secure the fact of climbing on the dome and the monkey bridge we added anti-slip stickers, it would have been good if you thought to propose or provide it directly.
