I needed to contact them before the purchase to ensure I was ordering the right product (replacement jumping mat) that I needed and before delivery (lockdown period delaying it). Both times, I was welcomed well and received clear, precise answers that later proved to be correct. Package arrived in very good condition. I only gave 4 stars because the paint from the designs on the mat slightly stained the children's synthetic clothes; too bad.

Regarding the product design: the attachment of the safety net posts to the trampoline legs is difficult, inserting the strap requires a lot of force. The instruction manual is not very clear either. Very nice trampoline. Practical for small spaces. The quality of service is correct. The only downside is the assembly manual which confused us more than helped with the assembly. However, do not embark on this project if there are not at least three people to assemble it. My husband and I struggled. Four hours to assemble it cost us. In the end, the last leg was connected without the joint so that it could connect.
