Nothing to report. Quality delivery and on time.

Material conforms to order, satisfied.

The received products are of good quality, no problems there. However, when I place my order, I am told that everything is in stock and at the time of payment, I am told 5 days delay for delivery. Great. 10 days later still nothing. I check my inbox and there is a message informing me that there are stock shortages and that I will receive my order as soon as you have received it but without any delay. I was very unhappy. I had to wait 1 month before being delivered. So half of the holidays without a trampoline for the children. Too bad. The rating could have been perfect.

Entry and departure of the order ultra-fast. However, for the carrier, it's one star, very unpleasant on the phone when making the appointment, as for the driver, nothing to say.

The only difficulty encountered was assembling the frame of the trampoline base! But we managed to get through it with energy and more time. It creates memories! Very satisfied with our purchase, delivery was perfect, good proportions of the trampoline, bounce, safety, and incidentally, it is very comfortable for a nap in the open air!

They are very professional, I ordered a trampoline and due to an error on their website it said it had a ladder, I claimed it and they immediately acknowledged the mistake and sent me the ladder at no additional cost. So far the bed is going great.. very happy with the treatment and service.

Good. A bit of delivery time but within the announced deadlines. A bit difficult to assemble.

I received my new mat and the kids are very happy (the old one was tearing after 5 years of use by the kids. I cover my trampoline every year from 31/10 to 30/03 approximately and we have always respected the maximum weight guidelines). One negative point, after receiving it I called France Trampoline to find out if there was a method to easily remove the springs, I was told: "there is no miracle method, you have to pull on it"... In fact, there are 2 methods, certainly not "miracle" but very simplifying: the first consists of pulling on a spring with a spring already removed, this seems to be the most effective tool, the other, if like in my case your mat is ruined, consists of cutting the attachments of the mat to the springs with a cutter....

Good product but lacks protection to avoid damaging the trees... The sand braking system not provided is also not clear on the website. A shame for a quality product and from a company specialized in the field.

Bad delivery. The spare parts did not match the purchased product! 3rd order: 3 times bad delivery!!! Promised commercial gesture not executed!!!

Great. After searching forever for a replacement for our storm-damaged trampoline roof, I stumbled upon this one. I bought it without further consideration. It arrived super fast. The box was quite crushed - but fortunately the goods were top notch. I was more than positively surprised. The roof gives a very stable, high-quality impression. I can't say anything about durability yet. The roof is perfect for us. The setup was doable with 3 people. Some skill is needed, but afterwards you are rewarded with a nice roof. The only thing is that rainwater could drain better. It collects in small pockets. It does drain somehow, but could surely be avoided with a small structural change. Nevertheless - I have already ordered a second one and stored it in the basement.

Surprisingly slow delivery after a very fast shipment.

Rather good service. The safety closure is not sturdy after 3 uses and the zip has come undone. The protective cover is too complicated to install and therefore does not serve much during the useful period.

I bought you a trampoline in December 2018. In the following weeks, you regularly sent me advertisements offering a trampoline. Think about it! When you just bought a trampoline, the chances of buying another one in the following weeks are very slim. And it doesn't look serious. The purchase I just made is simply a anchoring kit. The delivered product is of good quality, assembly went smoothly, the only point to note is the delivery tracking, the delivery date was not announced, I had to call the carrier who was very friendly; the delivery person was very efficient.

Quality product, easy assembly, good packaging. A downside for the delivery provider who leaves us little room for delivery and asking us to cancel a medical appointment made 6 months ago to deliver to us!!!!!!

Fast delivery. Problem with a part during construction. I sent a complaint email in the morning, by evening the part was sent and received the next day. So good after-sales service. The trampoline seems to be of good quality.
