Consultation, ordering, and setup flawless, we are very satisfied. One point deduction for the delivery, which took 1-2 days longer through "Wunschtermin.de" and since the driver did not notify the shipment 30 minutes in advance by phone as agreed, we happened to be home. Otherwise, great trampoline and flawless processing

Very good material at first glance. Easy to assemble. The only downside regarding an accessory ordered additionally, the anchoring kit... one of the 4 straps came loose as soon as it was set up while the other 3 were perfect... surely a mistake on my part. Very good service, I highly recommend

Very good product but the delivery was terrible. Announced between 2 and 5 working days, the trampoline arrived after 9 working days and I had to send several emails and then call 2 different carriers.... terrible! This is not worthy of a product sold at such a price
