For the trampoline, I would have rather given 5 stars, I give 4 because of the delivery. The trampoline is very good: it seems solid, the jumping mat is quite flexible but not too much, it's pleasant to jump whether you are a young child or an adult. In terms of assembly, it's a bit long of course but quite easy. So we are happy with our purchase. The downside: the delivery!! I encountered a delivery person who couldn't find an address on his GPS, so he simply didn't come! He came the next day without notifying me while I was at work. And he also does not respect the merchandise, given the state of the boxes and the way he transports them! I reported this to customer service who was very correct and understanding.

Trampoline of very good quality. Meets our expectations. We chose the 'Pack Basic Trampoline Jump’Up 360 with Net + Ladder + Anchoring Kit' and it is quite large; Our 2 youngest aged 6 and 11 have fun together and do not touch each other. I highly recommend.

Quality trampoline, the children and we ourselves are delighted. Just a small downside, the black plastic hook attachments that hold the green cushions are not of good quality!!! A number of them broke in the first months of the trampoline. This is really surprising and unfortunate given the quality of the rest of the supplied parts. Sincerely, Mrs. Daudet Angelini

satisfied with the product except for the plastic loops which, for some, broke during installation. It is very likely that the others will not last long. Delivery a bit laborious. some delivery people do not always seem willing to make detours, conclusion we can quickly lose 1 or 2 days of delivery..

Very happy with the quality of the trampoline. So far the use is going well, the only downside that I didn't pay attention to after switching from one model to another. The one I ended up choosing has no zipper, just a double net, too bad...

Good quality material and seems solid except for the spring protection mat and the net which seem average given the price of the trampoline. The instructions are not very clear for assembling the net (support hooks to attach from below but they keep detaching...). Lots of safety displays but not always placed logically to see! Quick responses from customer service.
