Good service! We were delivered a larger trampoline at the same price because the delivery could not be made for a long time. We were then asked if we preferred to wait or have another one right away. I found that very professional. However, the delivery person was mediocre. Assembly not obvious... in fact, you need to take the time to read the entire brochure to avoid having to disassemble... after reading instructions at the end of explanations...
