Fast delivery, robust and quality product that inspires confidence. Disappointment with the igloo tent, which apparently cannot be set up at the same time as the safety net (contrary to what some photos on F. Trampoline's blog suggest).

After a few days of use, the Trampoline Booster 490 proves to be an excellent choice. Used by 4 small children (3 to 6 years) together + sometimes 1 adult, made possible by the large jumping surface. Only 2 difficulties in installation: - difficult assembly of the tubes (fitting level) - some tensioners (attachment fixation level of the lower part to the fabric) of the safety net did not withstand the first use by an adult. We had to replace them with smaller tensioners. No problem since.

The instruction booklet for assembling the trampoline is poorly translated, not very clear and lacks clearer photos or drawings. Using technical words is good but with a drawing or a photo is better. It would be good to say that at least 2 to 3 or 4 people are necessary to assemble a large trampoline, that you need a ladder to fix the net (one person inside and the other outside). It is forbidden to be on the trampoline with something, I received the net for the children to play football so more than 1 person and with a ball. The booklet specifies no more than one person, I acquired the 460. On the phone, the person specified that 1 adult and 1 child could be together, being careful of course. What are the rules exactly? Are they different depending on the size of the trampoline? Knowing that in winter the trampoline can be used, what do you advise me to protect it well without dismantling the net? I may have other questions in use, I will contact you. Best regards

I did not give 5 stars because of the delivery: indeed, the package arrived on time at the STG warehouses but when they called me on Thursday to schedule the delivery, they did not offer me anything before the following Tuesday!!! They are only 20 minutes from my home, so I took my own vehicle to go pick up the package myself, which I was able to retrieve the same day. There you go, I know it's not France Trampoline's fault but I am not satisfied with the delivery. However, everything else is perfect, unbeatable quality and very professional site!!!

completely satisfied except that to simply order a ladder for the trampoline, I had to spend almost as much on shipping as on the purchase of the ladder. You should include the ladder in the price of the trampoline supply.

The trampoline seems very sturdy. Product delivered quickly. A few inaccuracies in the assembly instructions, which made us lose a bit of time... but overall easy to assemble (you need 2 or 3 people).

Good quality trampoline and easy to assemble. Good value for money. As this is the first one I own, I can't compare it with others on the market in terms of quality and finish. Nevertheless, the materials seem solid and once assembled, the trampoline looks "better" than others I have seen. Three small criticisms nonetheless: 1) it is not easily disassembled: it is often very difficult to remove the springs from the metal frame (even with the help of the tool) 2) it is a bit stiff even though the bounce remains powerful. 3) the protective pad should cover a bit more of the metal edge to avoid hitting it after a bad landing (this is from experience). This can be remedied by adding foam tubes around the frame. It is true that we use the trampoline acrobatically even though it is specified not to do so. So apart from the disassembly, the criticisms above are normal given the unforeseen use we make of it. We would have liked a softer bounce, but not less powerful like on Olympic trampolines nonetheless. This may not be possible in this price range.

Great trampoline and yet easy to assemble. Delivered faster than expected. The children and adults are delighted.

Very disappointed. The plastic attachments to hold the safety net are of mediocre quality, really a shame. Half of them broke during the first jumps. For this price, they could have made more effort.

Fast delivery and without surprise. Material of good quality apparently... compared to the original material... night and day! I am very confident about its lifespan.

Respect for delivery time, announced as long at the time of order but with precise deadlines. Expected product quality. Only problem: the size of the product is a bit too large compared to the circumference of the trampoline, but no real surprise as this risk was anticipated when reading the information in the catalog and the characteristics of the trampoline already owned: there was a doubt about the similarity of the measurements!

The site is very well done, the product is satisfactory and easy to assemble and the deadlines were respected. The small downside is not related to your company, but to the carrier, who offers a very wide time slot for the delivery of the goods (this requires organization for a whole day - 9am to 4pm, whereas it could be limited to half a day, or even call 1 hour in advance).

well received my items except that the waiting time was exceeded so you sent me some items anyway and the last item arrived well!! I know it costs for shipping but when an item is missing it penalizes the others!! shipping costs are expensive! too bad you need a certain amount to get free shipping! we don't always need to buy several things it's a shame sincerely Mrs. Simon

Quality products and conforming to my order, but delivery times were incorrect on the site compared to reality and therefore much longer than expected! Too bad...

fast delivery, assembly quite simple but the technical sheet lacks detail like for the trampoline legs, you need to align the holes well to clip the legs to the ground. Very good quality material, good bounce, it brings joy to both adults and children.

Quality product matching the description, apparently of good quality to be confirmed in a year. However, the instruction manual was written by someone who has never assembled this type of product (3m60). Major errors or omissions were noted which caused many difficulties during assembly.

The packaging does not match the product. The plastic clips for securing the net break one after the other.... Good product otherwise

The requested spare parts were delivered as agreed. That's all I can say. The evaluation of the quality of the goods can only take place in a few years.

Good ability to supply spare parts (in this case a trampoline mat). BUT: when ordering, I was told delivery within 5 days. Once the order was placed (and paid), I received an email saying 'in restocking' without any indication of a provisional delivery date! Then, good surprise, a few days later an email announces that the package is being prepared. Couldn't this delay have been indicated to me at the time of the order?

Very good product. Really seems to be of good quality. Easy to assemble. Delivery time respected. Let's see over time if it doesn't rust. I wanted to buy French so more expensive, I hope I didn't make a mistake in my choice as it is a budget.

User-friendly website. Easy to place an order. Fast and compliant delivery. The assembly instructions are unclear on some points, particularly the fittings of the trampoline legs with the integrated springs that are not indicated. The optional fixing kit does not seem very reliable and therefore seems unnecessary. But excellent quality of the trampoline itself.
